Should I see the ENT doctor or the dentist?
For ear, nose, throat, sinus, hearing or dizziness problems, see Dr. Sanjeev Chawla (ENT). For tooth, gum or jaw problems, see Dr. Monica Chawla (dental). Some problems overlap — for example, pain in the upper back teeth can come from the sinuses, and jaw pain can feel like ear pain. Both doctors work at the same clinic, so you can be referred across without going elsewhere.
What are the clinic timings?
The ENT OPD runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 to 10 PM. Dental consultations are by appointment — call or WhatsApp 98914 88879 to fix a time. The clinic is closed on Diwali and Holi.
What is the consultation fee?
₹750 for an ENT consultation and ₹300 for a dental consultation. The cost of any dental treatment is explained before it starts. The clinic accepts cash and UPI.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are preferred so that you don't have to wait. You can book by phone, on WhatsApp, or using the form on this page.
Should I clean my ears with cotton buds?
Usually not. Ears clean themselves, and cotton buds can push wax deeper and block the ear. If your ear feels blocked or painful, have it examined before putting anything in it.
Is a root canal treatment painful?
The tooth is numbed with local anaesthesia before treatment starts, so most people feel pressure rather than pain during the procedure. Some soreness for a few days afterwards is common. Dr. Monica Chawla uses computer-controlled anaesthesia delivery to make the injection itself more comfortable.
Does the dentist see children?
Yes. Dr. Monica Chawla treats children from 3 years of age.
Can I consult the ENT doctor online?
Yes. Dr. Sanjeev Chawla offers video consultations, which are useful for follow-ups and reviewing reports. Book on this page or on WhatsApp.
Is the clinic for emergencies?
No. For heavy bleeding, difficulty breathing, severe swelling of the face or throat, or an injury, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital emergency.
